coffee. Coffee. COFFEE!

For all my Gimore Girl fans and coffee lovers, this one is for you.

There is not a day that goes by that I do not have a cup of coffee. It is an essential. I also love making my coffee full of froth! So one of my favorite food bloggers (Jeanette Ogden, @shutthekaleup) does this coffee regimen everyday and what I am about to share with you is my super simple adaptation!

(prep time: 2 mins)


1-2 cups of your favorite coffee (depending on the size of the mug you are putting it in.)

spoon full of coconut oil

1-2 scoops of Vital Proteins: Collagen Peptides (product review coming soon)

milk (optional: I use homemade almond or hemp milk)

Here we go. Lets do this:

  1. Through it all in the blender. Yep, all of it.
  2. Blend for 2 mins.
  3. Ka-POW, you got yourself some lit coffee!

Seriously, it is that easy. All that foam you see is from the coffee being blended. It’s wonderful. And again this is not my original recipe, this is simply an adaptation of one made by @shutthekaleup! I do this every morning and it is so wonderful! 10/10 would recommend you try this one. Or even better, do some research and create your own! The sky is the limit
